With five conference rooms The Hog’s Back Hotel and Spa Farnham is a great location for your next meeting. Ideally situated close to London and within easy access of the M25 and M3, we’ve got everything you need to run a successful meeting.

Our five meeting rooms offer flexible spaces for whatever type of event you are planning; whether you simply need one boardroom for a private meeting, a large plenary with smaller breakouts, a conference facility for 200 delegates or an elegant gala dinner The Hog’s Back Hotel and Spa Farnham is well equipped to cater to your requirements.

All our function rooms include traditional, elegant décor, state of the art screening and I.T solutions and free high-speed internet access. The hotel also has ample free parking for delegates and is easily accessible with all function rooms having ground floor entry. 


The Park Suite
Bright and airy, The Park Suite is the largest of our function rooms and is fully air-conditioned with its own private entrance, private bar foyer and cloakroom facilities. The suite can be divided into three sections using soundproofed partitions for completely adaptable use or utilized as one large space to accommodate up to 200 delegates theatre style or 160 for a dinner dance. Our Park Suite is newly refurbished and has the most up to date technology with wall mounted screens and projectors which are connected to wirelessly
allowing presentation from any point in the room. 

The Ballroom 
The Ballroom is part of our Park Suite
and can seat up to 120 guests theatre style, 90 guests for a private dinner or 75 for a dinner dance.

Park Side and Park View

Park Side and Park View can be combined or used individually as part of our Park Suite. Both are able to seat 25 theatre style however combined can accommodate 60 theatre style. Fully equipped, these rooms can be used as syndicate rooms to the Ballroom or as a conference room in their own right.  


The Garden Room

The Garden Room benefits from natural light and direct access to the gardens for those who wish to break in the fresh air. This room is able to seat up to 60 delegates theatre style or 24 around one large boardroom table.

Our Team

From your initial enquiry through to the day of your meeting, our conference and events coordinator will be your one contact. They will take the details of your conference, as well as any changes you make once it has been booked and ensure that everything is exactly as you want it. That means you have one dedicated contact who knows you and understands your event.

On the day the hotel's skilled Banqueting & Events team will take care of your arrangements, with complete attention to detail, to ensure the success of your event. For assistance throughout the day there will be a direct button which will page a member of staff to attend to you as soon as possible.


Catering and refreshments

We can cater for all your refreshment needs whether it be a buffet lunch, tea and coffee, a three course meal or something extra special for your delegates. We are able to provide space outside your conference rooms for lunch and refreshment breaks, including the use of the restaurant, or a working lunch inside the room if required. 

Day delegate rates start from £35pp, with 24hr delegate rates starting from £125pp. These are bespoke and tailored to your requirements so our conference and events coordinator will build a rate around your specifications. Delegates who wish to stay overnight either on a 24hr day delegate rate or in addition to the conference can enjoy one of our 96 en-suite rooms, with special room rates including Full English and Continental Breakfast.
